Marcus is a Northerner, born and raised in Northwestern Ontario, he believes he is supposed to represent Thunder Bay—Rainy River in Ottawa - not the other way around.
Whether Marcus is in the clinic, traveling the riding to meet with his constituents, or on the job in Ottawa, we can count on him to defend our values and fight for the interests of Northwestern Ontario.
